Tongue Tied A Cappella was formed in 2002 when a group of guys who loved music started arranging popular songs. They began performing for audiences in Southern Idaho and Northern Utah and gained a passion for entertaining. In 2003, they took their talents up to Washington to compete in a regional a cappella competition called Harmony Sweepstakes. When Tongue Tied moved their group to Ogden, UT, they focused on polishing their songs and mastering choreography to bring their fans the ultimate a cappella entertainment package. After a few changes in the group with some members leaving and new ones joining, they set their goal on winning the Northwest Harmony Sweepstakes Competition. In March, 2006, they competed and won first place and the coveted Audience Favorite Award. Today the five-man vocal ensemble is still performing for audiences all over the western United States. Ryan Brierley, James Case, Jason Tesch, Jake Tesch, and Danny Titensor carry on the standing tradition of a stellar performance with their luscious bass, original harmony, and hilarious comedy.
